Because there are many abandoned dogs that are mistreated, that die of hunger, of thirst, they are sick and reproducing without any control. The Government must sterilize them all and gather them in a place worthy so that no one throws them and can be protected from the sun, rain, cold. Where they can end their lives in a good place.
We need the state to donate land and build shelters in them. As well as luxurious parks that end up being destroyed as always. We have the example of the Muvdi Park which is the third time they make a huge investment and they are still destroying it up and they are still spending money to fix it. That money can be used to make these defenseless creatures a home.
Mr. Mayor of Soledad, we ask that you allocate funds for the construction of shelters for abandoned animals and a campaign of free sterilization, it is a duty of all to give them a better life.
