Because I love dogs and it hurts to see them in the streets, hungry, mangy, going cold, etc. Because the rulers do not care because they do not vote.
More shelters are needed because they are at the top of their possibilities, are crammed with animals living the best they can with what you give them. That's why we need the Government of the City of Buenos Aires to commit to build more shelters for stray animals until they find who adopt them.
