Because it is not fair that people are doing this to animals, they do not know how animals feel by doing something like that, this situation is extremely unfair. In my country there is a lot of abuse and there are many people who abandon their animals, many who deliberately trample them or tie them to the bumper of their cars and kill them. We want to fight against these people with all the modern tools we have in the 21st century, security cameras, cell phones that shoot, and so on. but no matter how filming these events if Justice does not take letters in the matter nothing changes, that's what I ask. We need Laws to be able to catch those guilty of cases of animal abuse and abuse.
