We want Tartanga to remain green! Sign against the 400 new apartments planned

The residents of Erandio that make up the Tartanga Berdea platform rejected the construction of flats on the site next to the Altzaga sports center. The cession of this land as a payment formula for the construction company that is responsible for demolishing and rebuilding 113 apartments in the heart of the neighborhood, is the solution that Azpiegiturak foral society came to re-housing the 66 families that ten years ago lost their home because the Abaroa construction company caused structural damage to their homes, as indicated. The site was ceded by the City Council to the regional society and will be able to house 400 floors. The neighbors want to make it clear that we do not agree to lose Tartanga as a green and public area.

That the area next to the sports center of Altzaga (Tartanga-Polideportivo area) qualifies as a green area and sports equipment for the enjoyment of the neighbors of this neighborhood.

This suggestion is motivated by the scarcity of free spaces that we have in Altzaga, practically the only one.
