The city of Mongagua, Litoral de São Paulo, and particularly the Florida Mirim spa district are completely abandoned, has open storm drains, lots of trash on the sidewalks. Mayor Artur does nothing to improve the neighborhood, the only thing he knows how to do is increase taxes or send to check to see if a neighbor makes a terrace or wall to take money from the town, seizing the reform and charging high fines. This is the only thing he does in the city, blatantly rob the neighbor.
