The main reason for making this petition is the difficulty to leave the neighborhood due to poor locomotion, buses that circulate once per hour, and only peak time every thirty minutes. Many times the bus does not appear then we are unable to travel, or they come full and often leave before or do not come. The tickets are very expensive and difficult to access for the poor people who live in the area. A branch of the Caixa Econômica Federal would help us a lot to make payments, deposits, withdraw money, open accounts, etc.
