We need the Government intervention and the exemplary punishment for these inhuman people who are a burden to our Government, even with the attitude that at any moment can reorient humans. This happens in Nuevo Leon in northern Mexico, they bury a baby goat and then it is trampled by horses, they break its legs and kill it.
We ask for an investigation and an exemplary punishment for those who committed this inhumane act. Thanks for your attention and solution.
