It's important because I see a lot of people take their dog out there and let them run free, there are no gates and it's dirty, it's a danger to people and their pets. I think that apart from coming well for the whole area of Ciudad Jardin and all those who live nearby, would fix a little the physicist of that area and people would consider adopting dogs, if they could have a quiet and nice place to take them.
