It is important because there are too many mistreatments and abandonments, we must make laws where those who mistreat, abandon and kill animals receive fines and prison sentences, so that they think twice before committing these illicit actions.
In Italy the problem of stray animals is getting worse, many cat colonies, many dogs that live in the streets and are mistreated and killed by cruel people. They beat them, run over them, die of hunger, of cold, that is not life for an animal, and behind this there are people who have abandoned dogs, and they are the ones who have to pay for so much damage and pain that they have caused.
I want to present this petition to the politicians to do something or else this will get worse and worse!
