Everything is located in Technical High School 90. I am currently there in that high school, and the cats that live there are terrible conditions.
What happens is that there is an area where there are a lot of trash cans. Cats, the director told me, have more than 10 years there (and who knows what has died). From what one of the young ladies on the campus told me, many of the babies of the kittens have died, she didn't tell me why (surely among the cats that were there were brothers).
I asked the director if he could sterilize the kittens, or well my mother could do it, we charged with the expenses and he denied me permission, and they saw the conditions they have for the cats, one is blind, they are dirty, sick, careless, undernourished, and they don't take care of them at all, they don't vaccinate them, in short they are like street cats. And there are more than 20 and the director as he wants to "reproduce more" to kill the mice.
They do not take charge of them at all.
