Because here in Uruguay there is much animal abuse, the people left, hurt and kill lots of dogs and cats. We all know the case of the madman who shoot his dog in the head, and was not imprisoned, and will not go to jail either, there is little respect for animals and they suffer much abuse.
There are people who take care of animals but is not enough, we don’t have money to take care of them, please help!
