All the time we witness how people mistreat and kill animals, and often they run over them with premeditation, intentionally, and that's why we need a law to punish those who commit such acts to pay accordingly.
Animal abuse, so common in these countries, must be stopped with harsh Laws so that perpetrators can pay with jail.
Is terrible to see how humans are so bad with animals, and they must pay it.
