Only in some states of Mexico have passed Laws against animal abuse, but there is no general law for the whole country, there are many animals in the street, and many who are mistreated in houses, where they remain in deplorable conditions.
When we come to report a crime against animals, the police even laugh and never do anything, so that neither the animals are rescued nor the people who mistreat them pay fines or go to prison.
Let us change the sad reality of our animals with Laws that defend them.
