We need a Law to criminalize animal abandonment in all its forms. Whether the abandonment itself as neglect in the care, health and psychological neglect. To punish monetary and according to the seriousness with imprisonment.
Year after year the number of abandoned pets is growing alarmingly, so we cannot let this crime go unpunished, we must press the National Government to enact a Law criminalizing neglect of animals.
