Because it is not fair that all Spaniards have to quote 35 years or more and even with 40 years of contribution if you want to go before age 65 sanctions and that these unpresentable with 7 years is paid in full and without penalties.
Enough, we are not ashamed of the Spaniards if we do not get up and say to the political class "all the same and to quote all 35, 40 or whatever years, without sanctions and without anything and of course, nothing pays for anyone".
