In Uruguay the Laws protect mothers and not fathers, who are often more responsible for their children than their own mothers. Fathers who are physically and mentally well-nourished and cared for and nurtured and abused should have the same right as the mother who rears them.
There must be equal rights for parents and recognize that man can also take care of his children.
