Because we see every day how animals suffer on the streets, some abandoned and others because their owners do not have the financial resources to take care of their health. Many dogs die from lack of medical attention.
A public hospital for dogs would solve the problem. The animals would be cared for, neutered, and everything would get better. That is why with this petition I ask the authorities of the Municipality of the 81 municipalities of the State of Guerrero to build a public veterinary hospital for all animals.
