It is very important for all kinds of animals of people without economic means can receive medical attention of all kinds. An animal with its owner with money could be cured and saved from injury or illness. An animal with its owner without money cannot be saved or cured of an injury or illness. And all for not having money, always the damn money.
Stray animals, pets of poor people, suffering an accident or getting sick, have no chance of being saved, and that is what I want to change by requesting a Veterinary Public Hospital. We cannot be selfish in this, as there is no help of any kind.
