Urgent rescue of the cats that live in Campo Santana in downtown Rio de Janeiro

I learned of cases in which some street residents who consume crack are killing the poor and helpless puppy cats. Very sad the abandonment that those beings suffer due to the carelessness of the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro. We need the animals rescued from the street, to be taken to a shelter. Add to that the free castrations and responsible adoption campaigns.

The Municipality of Rio de Janeiro must act for the good of the animals and not ignore a problem that is getting worse in our city.
