Train cyclists like the rest of the drivers

That the cyclists abide by the traffic laws, which I imagine must exist, but so that the bike paths were created, although they circulate along the paths with total impunity, where we are supposed to circulate the pedestrians.

That there are controls equal to those of motorcyclists, and if they do not comply with the regulations, apply a fine or expropriate the vehicle in the same way as they do with cars. If the pedestrian makes an observation they laugh and insult him. That they do not circulate between the cars putting in danger the life of the passers-by.

So that we can circulate around the city smoothly we need better control of bicycle traffic, and for that we need people to get a license, and for that they should pass an exam for which they should study traffic laws, like any driver of any vehicle.

Older people, who have a reduced mobility compared to young people, can not walk startled thinking that at any time behind us we see a bicycle between the tree planted on the sidewalk and the wall of houses and / or buildings, as so we also meet an unconscious cyclist driving his bicycle speed down the sidewalk.

We need more controls of the cyclists so they do not do what they want on the street, bothering and causing accidents.
