In Spain 400 dogs per day are abandoned, plus those that are chained for life, many with short chains avoiding their movement and without shacks adapted for the cold or heat. It's a shame, it should be more controlled.
We have the bad habit of thinking that a dog can be our defender, they must be pets, not an alarm, that for that is "Seguritas". I want us all to fight to have a more effective control of animals so they do not live chained for life, and to punish those who have poor animals dying slowly and painfully with fines and jail.
If we do not fight for animals, no one will, they deserve a decent life.
