Daniel, a boy with autism who worked at HyM Uruguay, was mistreated and forced to perform tasks that he could not do. A co-worker unjustly accused him of a serious act, which affected his health and psyche, causing him problems in his daily life and for which the company did not take responsibility. They did not accept to listen to Daniel's version and they did not listen to the argument either. Daniel was fired and tried. His whole person was defamed, the company lied about the reasons for his dismissal, telling him that it was a downsizing, but a few days after the dismissal, the company reopened the vacancy for disability.

The company has not offered an apology and neither has the colleague, we think it is unfair that Daniel did not have the proper support to perform his duties, we think it is unfair that a bad person like that colleague continues working in the company and that everything went unpunished.
