Throughout the country creation of animal registers by microchip for identification and location of the event

Addressed to: Government of Colombia and 1 more

This petition proposes to all to create registers of animals for pets and stray animals, obligatory to work with the implant of microchip in each animal. This in veterinary care, vaccination and sterilization, at no cost to those who can not afford it. By bringing a microchipped dog, it is prevented, and given an opportunity to reconsider who is thinking to do crazy, avoiding suffering to both (and many), as mistreatment is a reaction to the abuse that once was experienced by In whom we once trusted.

Because with microchips to track the owner of the animal, you can not leave a pet easily, without it being known.

Giving a pet must be done legally before the Registrar. You also can not get rid of the pet by taking it to the slaughterhouse. All this, has an end with the microchip.

Applied in stray dogs the concept of "stray" is changed, this also implies the construction of feeders and water fountains troughs at certain distances in the different areas of the city, thus, the street is given by CASA and they are free. These feeders would be administered daily and exclusively by animal protection associations designated by the authorities.

To live this change of how cities become the HOUSE of our dogs and cats, gives us to the whole society a great example of altruism that results as a balm for the social soul.

I could list other benefits, but I think everyone in the making of this petition will be pleased to list them.

I am grateful on behalf of the animals for their attention.
