We must consider that electric power is a commodity of first necessity, which is as necessary as education or public health can be. That is why we must take it as such and lower the VAT from 21% to 4%.
A radical change in the energy system is needed, that's why I ask for the VAT reduction in the electricity bill for all the houses that are registered as first homes, as well as in houses with a protected housing regime.
