There were several cases here in Peru where we called the cops to rescue or capture a murderer or animal abusers and say no because "it is only an animal". ENOUGH OF THAT.
If the police does not defend animals, how can we expect to end with animal abuse? The government should force the police to deal with cases of animal abuse to end with this scourge once and for all.
