This petition is carried out to ensure that a man in the outskirts of the city of Cipolletti, Rio Negro, is brought to justice and that the 200 animals he has in severe malnutrition and isolated from any contact with the outside world are taken to receive veterinary attention and then to a shelter where they will be known, readjusted and then placed in adoption status for families that are really capable of loving and caring for them as they deserve.
In this case what happens is that the man lived in the city with 30 poorly cared for dogs and due to complaints from neighbors what the prosecutor decided to do is give him a much larger property for the animals to be taken, but this was not all that when obtaining a bigger place the man decided to continue accumulating dogs as if they were objects without needs until today he has 200 animals in terrible conditions.
