Too many cats are abandoned because the owners are overwhelmed and do not know how to handle themselves when they have breeding, and as a result this ends in a terrible spread of cats living on the street.
As a result of the problems of many people to be able to castrate their pets, these are left to their fate, sick, and some end up poisoned by malicious individuals. The community should encourage sterilization.
