Lorena City is full of abandoned dogs and every day their numbers increase, people have no responsibility and leave the animals on the streets, there is only one animal protection organization in the city and its capacity is exceeded.
The City Council should help the association UPA (Union of Animal Protection) but it doesn't, and only receive the help of people. The City Council even created a sterilization center, but they do not castrate animals living on the streets.
We need everyone's help to get the City Council to build a shelter for stray animals.
