In Dosquebradas, Risaralda Colombia, there are many dogs and cats on the street and there are many abusers in this municipality without anyone doing anything. I reported a case of abuse to the HOUSE OF JUSTICE in this city and they did NOTHING about it, they simply wash their hands saying they are tired of hearing this same issue. So I think that this government entity is not in favor of the most defenseless such as ANIMALS.
