We as citizens, suggest that they leave it alone as it has the dogs well fed and without cages. They can run around a farm and socialize with each other.

It is true that they do not have a microchip, but here what matters is the well-being of the animals and Fernando Fornes took responsibility for the maintenance of the same in terms of the basics. His house has a well to distribute water and supermarkets generate leftover food.

During the confinement, the man asked for food help because he could not leave the farm and, unfortunately, some inhuman person reported the case. Consequently, a social worker wants to assess the state of the man to see if he is mentally well. The authorities are superfluous in this type of circumstances because doing good is not synonymous with madness. These types of exams are not passed by criminals.

Fernando Fornes assures not to eat on occasion to give food to them and this act in question, many animalists at heart would do. It does not indicate insanity, but kindness. The City Council of Lugo assures that these dogs "live" but far from reality, who lives poorly is the population since our liberties were taken out through absurd laws. Being well fed and loving, in addition to being able to socialize with members of your own species is not a bad thing, sleeping warm surrounded by love is not a bad thing. Yes, it is more than enough to be locked in cold cages in a shelter, shelter or kennel with the minimum food.
