Because abandoning them to their fate is the greatest cruelty and is the root of all animal suffering, is to expose them to illness, hunger, thirst, mistreatment, torture and death including electrocution in antirabes.
We see daily death on the streets, we must avoid this with hard laws that condemn the abandonment of animals, and punish hard the recurrence of these cases.
If we do not do something we will not do anyone, we must put pressure on the Government to act quickly and decisively.
