Since our hairy friends are left in the kennels without any remorse, their fate and the worst without the love of their family, which have been disposed of as a hindrance. I want that with the taxes that all the town councils pay, they have everything necessary so that the hairy ones can have the best possible conditions and they do not go cold, heat and are not all day in a cage waiting for some charitable soul to save them from such situation, agonizing of sadness.
