Because there are many animals left in the garbage dumps and in the streets of this municipality and its communities, and all mistreat them instead of finding solutions. Already requests have been made to the Municipal Presidency to carry out a sterilization campaigns and we did not get any response from any member of the Municipal Government.
In previous years what they did was to pick up street dogs and cruelly slaughter them with blows or bullets. This should not continue, animals must be protected and cared for, and for every time we have less we must press for sterilization campaigns.
