Because in the city the blood drive is prohibited and the animals are exposed to the sun and to support the weight of the carriages and of the people who transport by the city. One of the animals had one of its swollen legs and the owner resting quietly, while most of the work is done by the poor horses.
They transform the Zoo into an Ecopark, but they allow the animal abuse of the Carriages to be maintained and no one forbids them. That is why I hereby ask the corresponding authorities and the Head of Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to enforce the law and definitively prohibit the animal abuse of the Carriages in the Ecopark.
