Because they have life like us and they feel the same as us. The abuse, abandonment and letting them die of hunger and thirst is a cruelty that has been seen for a long time. There are many who see and look the other way when they witness cases of animal abuse, that is why they must commit themselves, since they would give their lives for a human being.
We need awareness, we need Law and Justice to end cases of animal abuse, we need people to mobilize and that the Police take complaints of cases of animal abuse.
The Municipal Government is responsible for ensuring that the rules are enforced, that there are no animals left on the street and that those who are abandoned can have a decent life. They are also responsible for people behaving well with them and being fined and brought to justice in case of animal abuse.
Please, conscience about the cases of animal abuse, they deserve to have a decent life.
