In Quintanar de la Orden there are many colonies of cats and cats alone abandoned or stray. To those who feel sorry for us, we put water and food on them, but there are neighbors who annoy them, even putting them at our door. It bothers them that they come and prowl or that they make their needs close.
I understand, but it is the City Council that must take care that these colonies or loose animals are controlled, that they are de-wormed and castrated and are in specific areas enabled, with their water and feed. The neighbors who try to put food and water (a duty of the City, I repeat) we have a bad time because other neighbors threaten, and even carry out, denouncing us.
The City must take charge.
