Animals today need our help, they only give love and it cannot be that they mistreat and use them. We all have rights and they more because they have no evil.
What I ask the Government is that the animals can count on a free vet, free castration, food and homes for those they leave on the streets. Also that carts are forbidden so that the horses are no more mistreated because I see them in the street as they suffer and die thrown, beaten, starving.
