Well I've been in this city for a short time and I have 4 big dogs and other animals. This belongs to the Municipality of Lorca, and I constantly see many dogs and cats roaming the road.
The cats and dogs loose at night are run over, you can see the corpses on the road. I think these people do not care, so I ask that someone watch a little or the Law here is different?
We need the City of Lorca to do something with loose animals, and I do not mean locking them up and killing them, but capturing them, taking care of them and giving them up for adoption. Enough of deaths of dogs and cats, are all avoidable.
