Addressed to: Chamber of Deputies and Senators of Chile
They are cruel the ways they prepare the horses before the rodeo, they martyrate too much for pleasure so that they despair and they leave excited to the race, they flagellate them to much, it is despairing as they mistreat them.
Some deputies from that district want it to be declared a National Sport. We can not allow animal abuse to be declared a National Sport, enough that we do not condemn these people for animal mistreatment to end up declaring them sports heroes!
