It is very necessary that the Government begins to help in every way those who care for, protect, feed and cure the dogs and cats that are in the street.
Those who cause any harm, not only to puppies and kittens, but to any animal, whether they are in someone's house or in the street, should be punished with real punishments that end these injustices towards those who cannot speak nor defend themselves.
