The L’Espoir Refuge Association of Mortain, Lower Normandy, needs the help of the City Council, as well as you, to feed the animals they have under their care, horses, goats and dogs.
Please, this is a small structure and yet it is not easy to keep the place in operation to feed and care for the animals, so we ask you to help us, from your good heart, to reach the City Hall so that we can follow keeping the Refuge in operation.
