We need to definitively safeguard our forests, for that we have to manage to stop the intentional fires once and for all. In order to stop this incendiary madness, we need to send to prison the arson until they have personally repopulated the burned surface.
The penalty would be linked to the restitution of the property that has been deprived of the rest of the population.
