In Switzerland, the maximum penalty for mistreatment / torture / killing of animals is 3 years in prison, and maybe just a fine.
The sanctions must be aggravated. These crimes should be considered as other serious crimes (murder of a human being). This is the only way I think similar behaviors will be reduced.
I ask for justice for Rex, a murdered dog!
