Stop this cruelty

I live in Faria Lemos, MG, and when I went out in the streets in search of my cat (castrated and homemade), I was surprised by scary stories, cruelties to the dogs and cats of the municipality, both street and pets, passing 20 cases of deaths in just 2 blocks, the most common cases were by poisoning, but also several of abuse, such as being burned with boiling water, or several hit on purpose.
I was informed by officials of the garbage truck, recognizing that this cat in the photo was already dead in the bag in the courtyard of the City Hall, so maybe in many cases the bodies of the animals do not appear, because they were taken to the landfill.
We want the Government to investigate these cases, both the poisoning and the run over and other cases of animal abuse suffered by dogs and cats in our municipality.
