The arguments to eliminate the twelve thousand parrots are banal, they only show a total disregard for life.
The reduction plan will be carried out through systematic catches, control and destruction of nests, as well as other actions such as biological and veterinary control of some captured birds.
Three million Euros will be spent on killing these birds when that money could be used to help the animals, but it seems that the priorities are never the animals.
