The cats have been there, in the City Hall of the Papagayo Park and in the surroundings, for a long time, and many people offer them food and love so that they can have a decent life. We can not allow people who work at City Hall and who hate cats to have an excuse to kill them and mistreat them.
They invent situations to pressure the authorities to make them disappear. It's not fair they can not defend themselves but humans can give a little help!
