Animals living on a rope/chain is pure animal abuse, they do not deserve to live a jail life. I believe they are supposed to run freely, living a life with a lot of care and love. Imagine if you lived a life with a chain around your neck everyday of your life? Is not fair!!
We need a Law to prohibit to have a dog chained all its life!
