This last time has been too much animal abuse that we have witnessed in our country. Every day is worse, never imagine that the human being enjoy with the pain of others, even children are mistreating animals. Every abuse is horrible, they skin them alive, burn them, beat them to death, hang them, and so on.
What happens in the mind of the human being to harm, mistreat and murder these poor little animals? We need in Chile to stop animal abuse please, they do not deserve it.
With this petition I request the support of all citizens to force the Government to change the Laws against animal abuse so that the penalties are much harder, the fines much higher and these are used to maintain shelters for abandoned and ill-treated animals.
