It is urgently needed to sterilize pets, create free centers for those who want to sterilize their animals and have financial difficulties. I ask the Municipal Government of Lisbon to help in the fight against abandonment with free sterilization campaigns.
Free sterilization prevents abandonment and promotes the control of the number of animals on the street, which in the future will end this problem.
An advanced society has no abandoned animals.
