It is necessary to maintain a healthy environment for our children who still do not understand what is happening. There is also excrement everywhere. According to the green environmentalist political party, it created an initiative to prohibit the kennel from taking them, and it was accepted by all the Deputies because in their colonies that does not happen, and now there are litters of dogs in the streets, without vaccines for rabies and attacking everyone especially at night.

There were already in some municipalities such as San Lorenzo Tepstitlan where they killed two people in the middle of the cornfield where they passed to go to work. They only went to capture them, but from there it did not happen, there are still animals everywhere. Here where I live there are six dogs that hang out together because they are mothers and daughters and all without an owner. The owner of the mother of all was attacked by a sheep and I just threw her out of there. Others were born and all over the street doing their thing. Everyone hits them when they are on the street, puppies die under the wheels, others are poisoned, others are killed by packs of dogs when mating.
